Go-Jek

Shinto Nugroho, Chief of Public Policy and Government Relations of Go-Jek, has said that her company is committed to helping entrepreneurs of micro-, small-, and medium-sized enterprises (MSMEs) to grow their business.

This is further confirmed by a recent study conducted by the Demographic Institute of Economic and Business Faculty of Indonesia University (LD FEB UI).

“The research states the contribution of Go-Jek to Indonesian economy reaches Rp55trillion, with an assumption of 100-percent active MSMEs partners,” Shinto added.

The research shows that 93 per cent of Go-Food MSME partners had seen a hike in transaction volume. 85 per cent of partners also re-invested their revenue in their business.

“This is in line with our vision, to support MSMEs to get higher level,” Shinto said. Go-Jek, the country’s first decacorn, has also managed to provide opportunities through the use of high-end technology.

Go-Jek also offers training for its entrepreneur partners via an entrepreneurship programme called #GerakanOnlineNusantara.
