To celebrate Manchester City’s Premier League and Carabao Cup victories last season, Manchester City is taking the trophies on the road for the Centurions Trophy Tour, presented by Etihad Airways.
The trophies are currently visiting 15 cities over the last few weeks to celebrate the Club’s record-breaking season with fans around the world.
The Indonesian leg of the tour started at Summarecon Mal, Tangerang on September 28 and 29 where hundreds of fans lined up for a chance to take a photo with the Premier League Trophy and Carabao Cup.
On Tuesday, October 2, Etihad Airways also hosted a special viewing of the Premier League Trophy and Carabao Cup at the Raffles Jakarta. Invited guests were Etihad’s partners such as Indonesia Expat, the British Chamber of Commerce, Traveloka and lots more.
“I would like to thank everyone for coming to this special event. As the official sponsor of Manchester City, we are happy to be able to present this unique opportunity for you all to view the trophy up close and personal.” Said Iwan Kip, General Manager of Etihad Airways in Indonesia.
Ending the event was a special raffle draw, where two attendees won Manchester City jersies, and one lucky winner received two tickets to Abu Dhabi, courtesy of Etihad Airways.
